BOOKING RULES / HOTEL POLICY

The hotel does not have extra beds. Upon request, a cot can be add (1,000 MXN extra cost per night).
We require a 2 nights minimum stay, except for our Petite Suite (Room 3).
A minimum of 7 days during Christmas and NYE Holidays.
The hotel does not accept children under 12 years old, unless you book the entire house.
Full buy out: Payment by bank transfer only.
By confirming the reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read and accepted the Casa Cat Ba cancellation policy.
The hotel is pet friendly. Because Holbox Island is a natural protected area, therefore among other things, there are special requests regarding the way that we share this beautiful place with other species. As a result, and since we are a pet friendly boutique hotel, we ask you to send us 3 days prior to arrival, all paperwork that shows your pet is an “animal service” or “emotional support animal” in order to be able to welcome you and your pet. CANCELLATION POLICY
The hotel's cancellation policy varies based on the type of reservation:

Regular Reservations:

Cancellation or modification up to 14 days before the arrival date to avoid a penalty of 100% of the total reservation cost.
Reservation charged 100% 14 days prior to arrival. NO refundable.
No-show incurs the full cost of the stay.

Full Buyout:

50% non-refundable deposit at reservation; balance due 60 days before arrival.
Cancellation before 60 days results in a voucher valid for 1 year.
No changes or cancellations within 60 days; no refund or voucher.

Discounted Bookings:

Neither changeable nor refundable. Either discount through external portals or direct reservation.

Christmas & NYE Holidays:

Cancellation or modification up to 30 days before arrival to avoid a 100% penalty.
Reservation charged 100% 30 days before arrival.
No-show incurs the full cost of the stay.
